An exciting role for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join an award-winning company on a full-time basis.

Quattro Project Engineering is a successful and innovative WA based Engineering and Construction Services Company servicing the Resources and Civil Sectors for over 10 years. The Role

Join our team as an Accounts Officer on a permanent full-time basis. This presents an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and make an impact while working alongside our talented and experienced Business Support team who will provide ongoing support and guidance.

Duties include but not limited to;

  • Maintain the client purchase order register
  • Project reconciliations and reporting
  • Submit and manage expense claims
  • End to end purchasing
  • Raise purchase orders as per requisition requests
  • Maintain open and updated purchase orders within the system
  • Complete end of month processes including monthly invoicing
  • Compiling data and producing invoice summaries
  • Debtor management
  • Enter all payments received into Pronto
  • WIP report
  • EOM processing and review
  • Other duties as requested by the Business Support Team Leader

About You

  • Previous experience of minimum 3 years in a similar role
  • Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or equivalent
  • Knowledge of accounting principles
  • Knowledge of Pronto (desirable)
  • Ability to multi-task and with multiple priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all areas of work
  • Intermediate to advanced capability with Microsoft Office Suite - primarily excel
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Problem solving skills
