We are currently seeking an experienced Storeperson to join our team based in the Pinjarra Workshop on a permanent full-time basis. This role entails working from Monday to Friday, with a weekly commitment of 50 hours. It presents an exciting opportunity to enhance your skills while benefiting from the guidance and support of our well experienced team in Pinjarra.

Duties include but not limited to;

• Process daily requisitions and store requirements.
• Manage inventory systems, including stock takes, analysis, and reporting.
• Set up and maintain stores per company policies and standards.
• Ensure timely and accurate KPI reporting.
• Implement and manage purchasing and warehousing procedures.
• Work with Accounts to reconcile inventory and purchasing at period end.
• Complete end-of-month processes and Goods Receipts on time.
• Oversee general store operations and consignment stock management.
• Provide trade, contractor, and operator support, including laboring by operating power tools and equipment , and preparing worksites.
• Other duties as requested by the Workshop Manager

• Minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar capacity in the mining or engineering industry.
• Experience in Pronto, inventory and costing systems is essential.
• ITC experience highly desirable but not essential.
• Experience with MS Suite is desirable.
• Strong capabilities with the Microsoft Excel.
• MR/HR license is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High level of customer service skills.
• Ability to work towards deadlines and demonstrate excellent time keeping skills.
• High levels of attention to detail.
